Why can't Android 8.0+ phones connect via WiFi? Also, why am I seeing the prompt "Service is not available, you need to connect with USB once?"
Solution:
1. Set up software self-starting management, in mobile home management or settings - application management.
*If the phone still can't connect to wifi, set the background process limit to "no more than 4 processes."
2. Huawei phone solution:
a. Go to Settings -> System -> Developer Options and enable ADB Debugging in "Charge Only" mode, as shown below:
